Please provide minimally the following, when posting Technical issues:

  1. Problem Poker Site
  2. PokerHound Version
  3. Your Operating System
  4. RAM and CPU specs for your system (ex. 2 Gig / 2.2 MHz)
  5. Description of problem



Team Viewer Support

Team Viewer allows you to show me your desk top while we use Skype for voice.

VIP members receive Team Viewer support at no charge at a rate of one session per six month period.

Non-VIP members must pay $25, if they require Team-Viewer support.

To arrange Team Viewer support, email jbrown@insight-Pokerhound.com and specify your preferred time(s)/date(s) in Eastern Standard Time.
