Reply with quote | #16 | I don't think I had any previous SQL Express installation. I did have UAC to set the exe properties. Anyway, I turned off UAC, restarted, and PH is scanning now.

With your system with 4 gigs, how many tables can you open in silent mode (scan) during MTT ?
In other words, At what point do you start to open scan minimized tables in an MTT,
350 player field =39 tables, I think a bit much no ? This would be at UB.

ub 20 tables is the max you can open, but l had 36 tables scanning, 20 on ub and 16 on titan and was playing 4 mtts on titan all at the same time with vista 32bit 2gig and l had no issues with ph at all. So if you got 64 bit 4gig l think you would be firing. |

I usually open when there are 10 to 15 left. However, ZZeds is the master miner. To get the most data, I'd follow zzeds advice. Silent mode uses the least resources; so you can open quite a few tables in silent. |
