Hi PokerHound! (Guess you can handle it  )
I might have detected a minor mistake in the setup at UB.
I the instruction video http://www.insight-pokerhound.com/Cereus_QuickStart.html you set the UB hand history location as: Note that I can not figure out how to make a backslash
C:/poker application/Ultimatebet/Handhistory
The above path is NOT possible to 'save' in the 'Set UB Hand history location'. You can click 'okay' - but it does not save the location. Therefore the software does not work...
NRT works on Cereus for me, and PH works with all other sites than Cereus as you can save the file location correctly here.
I hope you will take a look at it

....the tables are found when scanning but you can not custome the tables to for example 2 players as PH will not remember it and use it. And the HUD and NRT does not work either.
I think most of the games are saved in the database though...
Hope it makes sense

It works on my computer and everybody elses for past several months; so it can not be bug. You just pick the folder and click OK. If your sytem is not accepting the location then either your system is blocking or you are making a error.
Upload picture of folder dialog when you select and any error message that you get - see enclosed picture
Also, make sure Dealer messages set to everything
Also, note on Cereus, table must be Top View and Default size for calculators to work see http://pokerhound.websitetoolbox.com/post?id=3723766

Please see the screenshot. I have followed the procedure in the video and with all the other networks like stars and full tilt...
Note that I have chosen hand history - and the path that is suggested: C oker is not something I have chosen.
I had a similar problem with PokerTracker once where the folder could not be selected - so thought it was the same...
How do I see whether the folder or system are blocked if that is the problem?

Widen window (by click/drag side bar) to see entire path at top
When correctly set it should say at top
C:\Poker Application\UltimateBet\HandHistory
select that folder, click OK, then open again to verify correct path at top. If correct, then click cancel to keep (as instruction at top of popup states)

Hi again.
The thing is. When I click OK it does not save the location. It is tille called Coker.
I am not kidding. That really is the problem. Yes I can click the button - but it does not save the location. I have no idea why....

Note: the popup also automatically selects currently stored location when it opens. You have the location set correctly. You just need to widen the popup window to see the full path in text at top.

Hi again
I see what you mean about the hand history. Sorry about that - and the whining. However, I seem to have a great deal of problem with Cereus. Perhaps you can give me a few advices.
First of all. You say that I should run a SNG as auto.. I want to play a heads up. What should I select? Table size 2 and entrants 2? The thing is... PH table control only works when it is 9 handed and not 2 handed. PH table control says 'Not responding' - which means that the NRT can not function either.
Are you familiar with these problems?

Not too many people play heads-up SNG. There could be an issue. I'll have to test. Let you know next week. I'll issue update, if I find any bugs.
This is a bad week for me (busy moving) so I won't be able to look at it until next week.
Until then, you should be able to over-ride 9 seat format via selecting 2 seat on table control. Also, try manual definition at define game screen rather than auto and specify:
After setting up first time - just select from list going forward Also, if using preferred seating on UB, make sure you set PH to match.
I just tried that and it worked fine - i.e. I fudged a 6 seat play money ring to be recognized as 2 seat SNG and everything displayed as expected

Hi
Thank you for your assistance so far. You are really doing a great job.
I recognize that many people do not play Heads up SNG. However, since I am so impressed by the NRT I have decided to test i my self. I find this most reasonable to do that i Heads up since there will be the least distrubing factors in gaining EV. I will let know know after 1000 trials or so  I have chosen Cereus because they have the most steep structure. - It is not to be difficult
A final question now that I have your attention. The information on the other players that I have got. Will the database remember them the next time I met then at a SNG? Here I think especially of information of stealing and defending blinds.
